Evening

Monday and Tuesday are setting up days. There is usually quite a lot of physical work such as scaffolding erection and cask stillaging This can be quite arduous but fun and the more people there are the easier it becomes. Wednesday starts with final setting up and beer quality control and continues with a trade session from 5pm and opens to the public at 6pm. Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday till 7pm are beer selling days. After 7pm on Sat we dismantle as much as possible and Sunday we finish dismantling and hang around waiting for stuff to be collected - then off to the pub for a slap up feed and a few beers!
