If you are a CAMRA member and have visited a pub you think is good enough to go in the 2005 Good Beer Guide, please fill in the online survey form and send it in.
The more forms we get the better we’ll be able to assess the various pubs in our branch area.
The form doesn’t work for AOL users! Due to the way AOL handles Email. There are also reports that it may not work with hotmail
